嘉兴精武门支部主持人武大仁病危，临终瞩咐孤女小花重振精武门，小花抵沪后，四处查问师兄音讯，无奈日本人视精武门人为眼中钉，处处刁难，一天，小花在江边得到侠士指点，前往闸北沈家找寻精武门代门主沈老爷，恰巧沈老爷遭到日寇追杀，小花奋起相救，终因寡不敌众，沈老爷被打死，临终前将精武门之花名册交到小花手中，日本人四处追杀小花，性命攸关之际，大师兄水银突然出现。
